Students focus on Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary Techniques. With the opportunity of professional examinations in Ballet (RAD) and Contemporary (ISTD)
Students will receive myDANCEjournal to help with time management & setting goals. They will also experience weekly workshops in mindset and performance psychology
Dance fitness classes ensure a strong foundation for strength, flexibility and mobility and our partnership with Easthill Physiotherapy has been developed to ensure a safe training program where students learn anatomy, injury prevent and how to train for longevity
Emotional, Physical and Mental wellness are all imprtant components of the program. They add to our students success. Fun projects, days out and guest speakers.
